Valve has confirmed that Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be using Steam. All PC versions of MW3, downloadable or retail, will include Steamworks integration.
Dedicated servers were already confirmed a few weeks ago for the PC, so this announcement didn't really surprise anyone. The Steamworks integration is still good news, as it allows PC gamers to enjoy auto-updates, achievements, friends lists, chat and more.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
The next Call of Duty game comes out on November 13th, 2012 for the current generation consoles and PC. Black Ops 2 takes place in 2025, which means multiplayer will feature futuristic weaponry and maps. Perks in BO2 have been balanced and Killstreaks replaced with Scorestreaks.
